Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of NextChoice San Bruno Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are performed by trained professionals according to industry standards and best practices.

Service dates and times are scheduled by mutual agreement. We make every effort to arrive during the scheduled time window, but weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are provided in estimates and quotes before work begins. We will inform you of any significant changes that might affect the final price. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

We accept payment by cash, check, or major credit cards. For recurring maintenance services, automatic payment options may be available. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For contracted services, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the areas where services will be performed. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring gates are unlocked on service days. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden features that could be damaged during our work.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during service. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground features, pre-existing plant diseases, or natural plant mortality that occurs despite proper care.

Liability and Insurance

NextChoice San Bruno Landscaping carries general liability insurance to protect both our business and your property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree that any claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues resulting from our work at no additional charge.

Guarantee and Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Installation services come with a limited warranty as specified in your service agreement. Regular maintenance services are guaranteed to meet professional standards. However, we cannot guarantee results that depend on factors beyond our control, such as weather, soil conditions, or proper ongoing care.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
